We needed to get gas for the rental and lunch before flying out of SFO and this place was right on the way.
Prices were a little more reasonable than downtown. Actually was looking for a burger, but the grill is closed on weekends. The sub we ordered was pretty good. Not high end cold cuts, but pretty tasty. The ladies making sandwiches weren't the nicest, but the place seemed pretty busy. -

As sandwich shops go, this place has great sammiches. They get them made fresh and pretty damn quickly. The do have another side for burgers and the like. I have enjoyed that side as well.
The people are friendly and move rapidly and cleanly.
Parking is convenient.
One of my favorite lunch places.
They don't have many choices for dessert, the only thing not on their menu. If they had that, I would have rated them just a bit higher. As is, they are a 4.25 star rating. -

First time and my last! Cashier very rude when making sandwiches. They have an everything option : Mustard, Mayo, garlic mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, and jalepeno! I asked for everything minus the Garlic mayo. She then proceeded to put this greenish spread that appeared to be pesto. When I asked what that was she rolled her eyes and said it was Jalapeños. I assumed they were the sliced jalepenos since this was my first time here.
By far the sandwhich was good, but service was not. We decided to dine in, but couldn't finish my second half. So I asked to get it wrapped. She threw a paper bag across to me and said, "you can wrap it yourself". I told her she was rude by saying that. She walked away and started speaking in Spanish to the other workers! This is NOT how you treat your customers. I don't care how good the food is/ if I don't feel appreciated or welcomed in your establishment, I will never patronize again! And for that- I will never return. -

I tried, I really, really tried. The taste is good, BUT, the dang ladies in the front that take your orders - suck. I phone call 99% of my orders and when the guy takes my order - spot on! but when the hispanic lady gets it - HUGE problem EVERY TIME!! My latest order - ONLY light jalapeno sauce, just shrimp salad and light jalapenos sause on dutch crunch. I get everything BUT jalapenos on my shrimp salad on sliced sourdough! AND THE CLINCHER - a huge long hair in the salad!!!! gad, gad, gad. loosing it right about now. Had this place at a 5star, but.... not sure I will be back - and I'm a local - weekly orders, but maybe not so much anymore.

Nom on their Dutch crunch crab salad Sammie!
It's so delish and packed with the good stuff. They don't skimp.
They have other sammie fillings like their signature one!
Might be rivaling Little Lucca!
